Add IntelliSense support for Wow Globals

Add support for Warcraft global variables/frames like 'DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME'
Issue is finding where the definitive list of these exist, but a good number of them exist in Blizzard's Interface Kit if we could find an easy way to parse their variables.

The Intellisense engine supports parsing the declarations in FrameXML and Lua files using a TOC file. The built-in FrameXML.toc can be loaded by the engine from the MPQ files, but takes way too long and has a high signal to noise ratio.

One proposed solution is to load documentation for the TOC file and save it to an XML file, similar to WoWAPI.xml or WidgetAPI.xml. That file can then be maintained by the community to exclude noise and include anything people often use (built-in frames: QuestLogFrame, DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME, options frames, etc.). The planned BETA 3 release will ship with a FrameXML.xml Intellisense documentation file that has the important stuff included.
